1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Chimatbooks (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Purchases & Digital Products
One-Time Purchase. All books are sold as one-time purchases. You pay once and retain access to the PDF download permanently.
Free Preview. Where available, we provide a free first-chapter preview so you can evaluate a book before buying. Please review the preview and description before completing a purchase.
License. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the PDF for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or publicly display the content.
Pricing & Promotions. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We may run limited-time promotions or discounts, which apply only while active and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Delivery & Access. After a successful payment, the book is added to your account library and is available for immediate download. You can re-download your books at any time from your dashboard.
Restoring Purchases. If a payment succeeds but a book does not immediately appear in your library (for example, if you closed the page before it finished loading), you can use the “Restore purchases” option on your dashboard to reconcile your account against your completed payments. If it still does not appear, contact us and we will resolve it.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in specific circumstances. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including book text, covers, images, logos, and design — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, interfere with the proper working of the Service, or share your purchased content publicly or with individuals who have not purchased it.
7. Limitation of Liability
Chimatbooks is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access to your account.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access purchased content may be revoked.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the website.
10. Email Communications
We send transactional emails (such as purchase receipts) as a necessary part of the Service. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may also send you updates about new releases, featured titles, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any newsletter, without affecting transactional emails or your access to purchased books.
